인천논현경찰는 상해 혐의로 인천시 남동구의 한 중학교 3학년생 A(15)군을 불구속 입건해 검찰에 송치했다고 14일 밝혔다.

A군은 지난달 8일 오전 8시50분께 인천 남동구 모 중학교에서 동급생 B군을 폭행해 다치게 한 혐의를 받고 있다. 이 폭행으로 B군은 턱뼈가 부러지는 등 전치 6주의 상해를 입었다.

조사???과 A군은 전날 학교 내 복도에서 B군의 바지를 벗기는 등 괴롭힌 것으로 파악됐다. 이후 B군이 이 같은 사실을 학교 측에 알리자 폭행을 저지른 것으로 확인됐다.

인천동부교육지원청은 최근 학교폭력대책심의위원회를 열어 A군에게 4∼6호에 해당하는 특별교육 이수나 심리치료, 사회봉사 6시간 처분, 출석 정지 15일 처분을 했다.



하지만 B군 부모 측은 학교 징계 수위가 낮다고 반발하며, 행정심판을 청구하겠다는 뜻을 밝힌 것으로 전해졌다.
