A씨는 지난?2016년 2월부터?2017년?11월까지 자신의 이름과 직업, 혼인, 자녀 유무를 속이고 미혼 행세를 하며 사귄 여성에게 헬스장 운영비 명목 등으로 1억8430여만원을 받아 가로챈 혐의를 받고 있다.

A씨는 자신이 기혼자란 사실을 숨기기 위해 통장과 가족관계증명서를 위조하고 피해 여성과 가짜 결혼식을 올리기도 했다.

검찰은 A씨가 피해 여성을 안심시키기 위해?14억4000만원짜리 잔액이 있는 통장을 위조하고, 피해 여성의 부모님을 안심시키기 위해 가족관계증명서를 위조했다고 밝혔다.

애초 이 사건을 수사한 경찰은 A씨를 불구속 의견으로 송치했다.
